Overview

BACA Systems recognizes the high demand of designers and architects for elegant stone features and the fabricators need to make clean, quick and accurate miters to meet this demand. The Miter X System is the first machine of its kind to simply and speedily cut accurate miters for a wide range of applications. It works on engineered stone, granite and marble.

Easy 2 Use Controls

Simple to use, intuitive, controls make this a plug and play stone cutter machine with minimal training necessary. The moveable operator control stand allows for easy operation and quick access for accurate cuts

Powerful 25 HP Motor

The Miter X is equipped with a 25 HP saw motor, making it one of the most powerful miter saws available. This allows for faster processing speeds and provides the power required to cut harder materials such as quartzite with ease.

Flat Table with Rubber Top

By putting the material polished side down on the perfectly flat rubber table, any thickness variation in the stone will no longer affect the finished piece as the polished is calibrated. No more bowing and warping of the material to be cut.

Smooth Glide Pop Up Rollers

Pneumatic bi-directional rollers raise and lower to allow large pieces to be easily pushed onto the table, minimizing the possibility of scratching the polished surface while loading the piece to be processed. The design of the rollers allow easy positioning of pieces in any direction.

Superior Edge Quality

The dedicated Mitering Blade means that with the 140” cut stroke of the machine, you will get a consistently superior edge for quality miters. The 45º +/- 1º angle leaves enough room for gluing and fininshing.

Pneumatic Clamping System

Heavy duty pneumatic clamps keep the material locked in position, preventing movement during processing. The clamping system allows small strips to be held in place as well as pieces as large as a full island.

Standard VFD

Reduce chipping on miters by controlling the RPM of the blade for different materials. This combined with the saw feed rate will have you cutting the hardest material like Dekton, Porcelain, and Quartzite with Ease.

Siemens Controls with Troubleshooting Capability

The updated electrical control panel for the Miter X is Siemens Controls based. With a simple plug-in of a lap top, the BACA Care Team can easily help troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that may come up. That is just one part of BACA’s Legendary Customer Service to keep your shop up and running.

The Miter X has decreased our labor and increased our production. It makes perfect miters without slowing down our other saws.
