Past Seminars

Our past seminars were a huge success with Granite & Marble Specialties in Seattle, Premier Surfaces in Atlanta, and Hard Rock Stone Works in Detroit. All companies were generous with their time and facilities. Fabricators found the day very beneficial and gained many insights in increasing profitability and safety.

Featured Presenters

Laser Products will show how digital templating reduces measurement time and improves dimensional accuracy, resulting in less labor and a shorter time from measurement to fabrication.

American Financial Partners will discuss financing options for fabricators and how favorable tax savings can make investing in automation an economical upgrade to the productivity of a fabrication shop.

SPEEDlabel will discuss reducing labor and job reworks by automatically retrieving job data from Moraware and create labels for jobs in 30 seconds, allowing fabricators to ensure that the job has the correct edges, and ships complete to the job site the first time.

Terminator Diamond Products will demonstrate how fabricators can double tool life, reduce CNC downtime, and improve countertop edge quality by using the Zares tool management system.
Ebbco-Logo-Stoneworking_web

By using the Ebbco Closed Loop System you will eliminate the need to go to the drain by recycling the water, reduce your water consumption, your costs for treated water such as RO units or water softeners, the machines maintenance and maximize the performance.

Marqet Group will review the benefits of connecting all points of your brand, including social media, public relations, media placement, merchandising, digital and events to add to your business’s bottom-line.

ABOUT OUR HOST

Inland Countertops copy
Inland Counter Tops was founded in 1987 by James Yost.  The company started out as a small business in which they mainly sold and produced Solid Surface counter tops.  Over the last 32 years, the company has grown and become one of the top corporations in California.  Henry Rodriguez joined and became a partner in October 2000.  James and Henry have formed a strong partnership that has allowed them to cultivate and expand their company.  They now fabricate and install Granite, Quartz, and Solid Surfaces. After running multiple manual bridge saws, James & Henry decided they were looking to upgrade their facility to a higher production plant.  Building a new plant at the beginning of 2019 was a perfect opportunity for them to come and visit BACA Systems and research the features and benefits of the Robo SawJet.  After looking at other 5 Axis Saws, SawJets, and waterjet options, they decided on BACA Systems Robo SawJet and Miter Excel.  James & Henry are proud to demonstrate their BACA Equipment at this seminar as well as their additional equipment in their new state-of-the-art facility including an Ebbco Water System and Marmo Meccanica line polishers.
